Roasted Pepper & Chicken Panini
Ingredients:
4 oz. Thumann's Golden Roasted Chicken Breast, thinly
sliced
2 oz. Thumann's Provolone Cheese, thinly sliced
1/4 cup of Thumann's Roasted Peppers, chopped
2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup basil leaves, chopped
1 small garlic clove, chopped
1 panini roll
Directions:
Salt and pepper to taste. Place Thumann's Roasted
Peppers, olive oil, garlic, and basil in a food
processor until chopped and blended. Place Thumann's
Chicken Breast and provolone on bread. Spread the
roasted pepper mixture on the sandwich and grill the
panini until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
