Franks & Sauerkraut
Makes 8-10 sandwiches
Prep Time: 20 minutes
Ingredients:
6 cups water
1 pound Thumann's Pushcart Franks
1 jar of Thumann's Sauerkraut
3 teaspoons Thumann's Mustard
1/4 cup onion, chopped
8 to 10 - hot dog rolls
Directions:
In a medium saucepan, bring water to a boil and add the
hot dogs.
Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 5 minutes.
In a small saucepan, heat sauerkraut over low heat.
Drain.
Place hot dogs in bun and top with sauerkraut, mustard
and onion.
