Since Western Deli
was established, it has changed from our initial goal of
being a chilled cooked meat supplier for the Denver
market, to become one of Colorado's leading suppliers in
the specialty food service industry. We are continuously
adding to our large chilled, frozen and extensive range
of products for food service establishments including
convenience stores, delicatessens, restaurants, cafes,
diners, and gourmet food stores.
Over the past several years, our range and staff numbers
have increased and we currently supply our customers
from our USDA certified processing plant in Denver. We
do our utmost to maintain our level of quality and
service as it has been since our founding.
